What are we looking for:
We are looking for someone that can call computer hardware stores, business consultants and software companies that could be interested in any of our services.
What we need:
A hands-off service. Someone who will take care of calling and setting up appointments for our Business Development Executive in the Melbourne area. Your sole purpose will be finding us leads in the Melbourne area and making appointments. All follow ups after will be handled on our end.
We will provide a list of companies we are interested in contacting. At the end of the day, you will provide response received against each call.
To be successful in this position you will have excellent communication skills, good English accent and highly developed interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated, pro-active attitude and enthusiasm will require to thrive in this role.
You should have experience working with CRM systems for tracking the leads and customer information. Candidates with previous telemarketing skills within a corporate environment are preferred. Ability to quickly build rapport, love talking to people and uncover opportunities are required
Applicants who live or have lived in Melbourne will be in a better position, but we are open to anyone with a good English accent. A good reliable internet connection is required as the calls are made over a VoIP softphone client (X-Lite).
- We are flexible. If you already have experience and you would like to suggest a good way to do this we will be very happy to listen to your suggestions.
- We will provide you with a VoIP line to make the call's.
- Our target budget is $5 p.h. But we are open to best value for money options.
-All phone conversations on our IP line are recorded.
-All calls should be made during Melbourne business hours, Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM AEST.
