Transferring Location Data for Target Audiences onto Facebook Power Editor (per 100 clusters)

We have a Google Maps files with thousands of locations we wish to target advertising towards and would someone to enter the data into our Facebook power editor. Facebook power editor only lets advertisers narrow audiences down to between 1 - 2 miles area radius. Our locations are clusters of approximately 30 to 100 houses with approximately 100 to 200 meter radius, so exclusion areas should be added around the target locations to isolate them from the unwanted areas. (See attached files for additional info) (Approximately 25 locations can be manually inputted and isolated per hour) Please quote your price per 100 location clusters inputted - there is an unlimited amount of work once we have the right candidate.
