Looking for a virtual assistant to manage our Amazon Store. The job responsibilities would include:
1. Creating product listings in our account following Amazon's guidelines.
2. Perform keyword optimization.
3. Image optimization.
4. A+ content creation.
5. PPC campaign set up and management.
6. Social media campaigns and management.
7. Convert listings to FBA.
8. Handle shipping information updates.
9. Handle customer support.
10. Handle blocked listings and unblock them.
11. Generate and handle customer reviews.
12. Keep an eye on Seller reviews.
13. Product ranking checks.
14. Questions and Answers check - answering customers.
Experience with multi-channel e-commerce management software like Sellbrite would be a big plus.
We need someone with a good amount of experience. This is a long term opportunity.
