Website marketing to encourage content

I require an excellent website marketer or team of marketers to help me get submissions to my site ([login to view URL]). We would like our initial campaigns aimed at students in China and India/Pakistan so that we can further build up our content and attract other users to buy and sell content. If the campaign works then this would be the start of a longer term relationship.
