You will sit alongside two internal team members, lead the conversation, probe for core competencies, and keep the discussion flowing so every candidate receives the same fair, insightful assessment. What I’m after • A professional who has run panel interviews before and is comfortable balancing multiple voices while keeping the candidate at ease. • Solid, structured feedback delivered the same day—scorecards, brief written summaries, and a clear hire/no-hire recommendation for each applicant. • Availability for a block of ten 30-minute interviews on a single day next week (exact schedule is flexible). I’ll provide the job descriptions, sample questions, and scoring template. You are welcome to refine or replace them as long as the final materials remain concise and easy for our internal reviewers to interpret. Success will be measured by: 1. Consistent use of the agreed-upon scoring rubric. 2. Completion of all feedback documents within 24 hours. 3. Professional conduct that reflects well on the company and keeps candidates engaged.
