I’m looking for an independent freelance recruiter who can jump soon into active searches for our European-based clients. You’ll take full ownership of the funnel—from sourcing and first-touch outreach to screening and English-only interviews—so solid, hands-on experience with each stage is essential. What you’ll be handling • Proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, GitHub and niche boards and any other recruitment facilities in Argentina • English-language screening calls that probe both technical depth and soft skills • Structured interviews (again, fully in English) with clear scorecards • Weekly progress updates and a concise shortlist that includes your interview notes The profiles you’ll recruit • Tech roles (developers, DevOps, product, data), Project Managers and others • Frequent need for bilingual or fully remote talent that fits distributed teams in Europe Why this gig might suit you You already work successfully as a solo recruiter, not as part of an agency hierarchy, and you’re used to delivering remotely for international companies.
