Summary I am looking for an efficient SwiftUI developer to convert static JPEG mockup images into clean, responsive visual Swift code. The primary language for this project is SwiftUI, but UIKit may be needed if anything in the mockups isn’t possible through SwiftUI. I need someone ready to start immediately. Paying 15-30$ per screen depending on the complexity of each. I will be starting you off with around 10 of them, but I will have more if you do them well and plenty of extra paid adjustment work in the future. Use of AI tools is encouraged to accelerate the scaffolding workflow. However, I am looking for a real developer, not a "vibe coder." You must thoroughly understand SwiftUI architecture, know how to fix the layout errors the AI inevitably makes, and manually review and refine every line of code before delivering it. You will be primarily evaluated on the quality of the code. Scope of Work: - Convert screens from images into SwiftUI views. - Group screens into a logical navigation flow (Tab views, Navigation stacks, and Modal sheets) so the static app can be clicked through. - Animate elements on the screen and program buttons to navigate between views. - Create basic Swift data structs and mock data to populate lists, grids, and feeds realistically. The code must be modular, well organized, and be divided into reusable subviews. Technical Requirements: - Target: iOS 16+ using native SwiftUI. - Documentation: All code must be well-documented. Include clear, concise comments explaining the purpose of custom components, layout logic, and view structures so it is easily readable for future development. - Responsiveness: Layouts must be dynamic and scale correctly across all iPhone sizes (from iPhone SE to Pro Max). - No hardcoded frame widths for major containers. - Modularity: Code must be cleanly structured. Large views must be broken down into reusable subview components. - Previews: Every screen file must include a working #Preview block for easy viewing in Xcode. - Assets: All colours and images must be organized cleanly within the Xcode asset catalog ([login to view URL]), using native SF Symbols where applicable. How to Apply: To be considered for this role, please complete this brief technical vetting step: - Please submit a link to a GitHub repository (or any file sharing service) or attach a code snippet of a SwiftUI view that you have personally built, which demonstrates the modularity and responsiveness requirements listed above. - Or you could submit the a code snippet for one of the mockups included in this post, with the same criteria. You do not have to complete the entire mockup you can do any subsection that demonstrates your ability. I will judge all code based on its organization, modular structure and responsiveness on different devices. I will immediately hire the developer who demonstrates true mastery of native SwiftUI layouts.

Hi, I understand your requirement — you need a SwiftUI developer to convert JPEG mockups into clean, modular, and production-quality SwiftUI code with proper navigation, responsiveness, and reusable components. I can handle this using native SwiftUI (iOS 16+), ensuring each screen is structured properly and scalable across all iPhone sizes. I will implement : * Convert mockups into clean SwiftUI views * Build modular, reusable components * Set up navigation using TabView / NavigationStack / sheets * Add basic mock data structures for lists and feeds * Ensure responsive layouts (no fixed-width hacks) * Include animations where needed * Organize assets properly in Xcode * Add comments and #Preview for every screen Code will be clean, readable, and structured for future development, not just UI replication. I can start immediately and complete initial screens quickly for review. Best regards.

This is pretty straightforward “UI translation” work, but the real risk is not the conversion itself — it’s keeping SwiftUI layouts flexible once mockups start conflicting with real device constraints. I’d approach it by building a small component library first (buttons, cards, headers, list rows) and then assembling screens from those pieces instead of treating each mockup as a one-off. That’s usually where AI-generated SwiftUI code breaks down — everything gets hardcoded and stops behaving across different iPhone sizes. For navigation, I’d keep it simple with a single root flow using TabView + NavigationStack, then layer modals only where necessary so state doesn’t get messy across screens. Previews for every component are essential here, otherwise layout issues only show up too late in Xcode. AI tools can speed up initial scaffolding, but I’d manually restructure everything into reusable views before delivery so it doesn’t turn into duplicated layout code. Quick question: are your mockups already consistent in spacing and design system, or do they vary a lot between screens?

Hello, The core challenge of this project lies in achieving responsive layouts across various iPhone sizes while ensuring modularity in the SwiftUI codebase. Another critical consideration is the management of navigation flows and animations without compromising performance or usability. To clarify the requirements further, could you specify the expected complexity level for the animations? Additionally, how will you handle the integration of UIKit components for elements that SwiftUI cannot adequately replicate? Understanding your existing design implementation will help gauge the best approach for structuring the overall architecture. I am ready to begin immediately and look forward to discussing the technical aspects of the project further.

Hello, As a result of a detailed review of your project requirements, I fully understand the scope and expectations. I have experience building modular SwiftUI interfaces from design mockups and refining AI-generated scaffolding into production-quality layouts, and I'm available to start immediately. I bring deep expertise in SwiftUI, Swift, UIKit, iOS Development, Responsive Layout Architecture, and Component-Based UI Development with over 10 years of experience. One of the key challenges in projects like this is making layouts truly responsive across all iPhone sizes while keeping the code modular, reusable, and easy to maintain. I’m comfortable building clean SwiftUI view hierarchies, reusable subviews, navigation flows, animations, mock data structures, and properly organized asset systems without relying on fragile hardcoded layouts. I also fully understand the difference between fast AI scaffolding and production-ready SwiftUI architecture, including fixing spacing issues, layout priority problems, navigation inconsistencies, and preview/device scaling issues manually before delivery. I have a couple of quick questions. • Will the mockups already include interaction/navigation flow references, or should I structure those independently? • Do you prefer MVVM-style folder organization from the beginning for future scalability? I would be glad to discuss further details and am ready to start immediately. Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Carlos

You’re clearly trying to avoid the common “image-to-code” problem where AI gets the first 70% right, then leaves behind rigid layouts, duplicated view logic, and broken scaling on smaller devices. I’d approach this by first translating each mockup into a reusable component structure before writing the actual screen, so things like cards, headers, feed cells, spacing systems, and button styles stay consistent across the whole flow instead of being rebuilt screen by screen. For navigation, I’d wire the screens into a lightweight but realistic app shell using NavigationStack, sheets, and tab state early, so interactions and transitions are testable from the beginning instead of patched in afterward. I also pay close attention to Dynamic Type, safe areas, and content compression since those are usually where generated SwiftUI layouts start failing on SE devices. I’ve done similar cleanup-heavy UI work before where the challenge wasn’t writing SwiftUI quickly, but making the generated structure maintainable afterward. Ready to start immediately.
