I need REPLICA of my APP ANDROID for IOS

Hi, I NEED A REPLICA of my android application “Mister Coupon”. My application lists offers/deals to the users, sometimes this deals might have discount codes. The app must: Allow user to browse the deals. There is a main page (“TUTTE”) where offers from all the categories are grouped and other pages where the deals shown off belong only to a specific category (ELETTRONICA, CASA, SALUTE E SPORT, MODA, FAI DA TE, GIOCHI/SOFTWARE). If a deal has a Discount code, it has to be displayed with a dotted-styled border. The user has the possibility to click on the coupon code and copy it. By clicking “Apri”(button) the deal (link) must be opened externally, possibly in the correspondent App (Example: Amazon link opens in Amazon shopping, Ebay link in Ebay shopping… if there is any) Give user the possibility to search for a product. Have a Carusel as shown in the attached pictures. This carusel shows the images of different promo. Clicking on a certain promo will open a new page where the description of the promo will be displayed. The description is made in HTML language. The same image of the promo needs to be displayed above the description text (See attachments). By clicking on the info logo (i) a new page has to be displayed. In this page the users have the possibility to read Terms and conditions(Termini E Condizioni), Privacy Policy, Report an offer or an issue with the app. Terms and conditions and privacy policy are 2 HTML pages and needs to be displayed in a new window when the user clicks the button. Report an offer will have to send the 2 displayed fields (URL,NOTE) as parameters(link_prodotto,descrizione) to the following url: “[login to view URL]“ Finally I need to publish the app on APPLE STORE and I also need the source code for future updates.
