Quasar App Compilation and iOS Publishing

I have a completed Quasar project (Vue.js-based) for a hair salon management app. It's exclusive to a specific salon in Mozambique and targeted clients, but I want it available on the Apple App Store. I don't have an Apple Developer account or a Mac. Looking for an experienced freelancer who can: Compile the iOS version using their Mac and tools. Handle the build process (e.g., via Capacitor or similar for Quasar). Publish the app on their own Apple Developer account. Guide me on any required assets or configurations. Budget: Negotiable.
