The sensible path is keeping your existing backend and APIs, then building the mobile client in React Native — one codebase for both stores, native performance for browsing and messaging, and much cheaper to maintain across the two platforms you have in the pipeline. That's my recommendation and the reasoning behind it. How I'd run it: map your current feature set and data layer, rebuild the core flows natively with full parity, then handle provisioning, listings and submission to both stores. On the web side I can take the technical SEO — structure, metadata, schema markup, speed and Core Web Vitals. One thing I'd rather say plainly: development and technical SEO are my areas.
