Converting iPad Frequency/Tone Generator to the iPhone

Job Description:
I'm looking to convert / scale down my existing iPad audio app to the iPhone. I'm assuming that converting or referencing old code will be of more help than starting over from scratch. I have a fairly clear vision for the new iPhone app, and also looking into the future for Android and / or Web application as well.
The app is a L / R stereo, sine wave frequency generator. The goal is to modify existing code, and use UI/graphics from iPad version. The app was built using X-Code / Objective-C / C++ / Core Audio API ??
Ideal Skills...
• Familiarity with basic Audio functions
• Ability to handle basic UI graphics / layout
• Familiarity with Apple TestFlight
• Familiarity with Apple review / submission process
• Be willing to sign an NDA
Patience and great communication skills is a must!
