LLM Based Product Search App

Looking to for someone to help build a GPT 3.5 based e-commerce recommendation assistant. Ideally the app should be able to crawl stores like Amazon and offer the user based suggestions on the products that could fit their needs based on product reviews. LLM should have reinforced learning based on conversion metrics i.e. click to go to affiliate site, time spent on affiliate, add to cart and actual checkout. App should work on Android and IoS.
