Proposal: Development of a Lottery App for Somalia, Ethiopia, and Kenya

Description:

- Develop a lottery app that can be used online and accessible in Somalia, Kenya, and Ethiopia

- App should be able to pick 2, 3, and 4-digit matching numbers every week with diverse prize awards

- Payment solution should include Visa, Mastercard, M-PESA, and PayPal

- Simple to use app with features such as registering, buying lottery tickets, and checking prior lottery results

- App should have similar features to the 649 lotto from Canada

Requirements:

- Lottery app should work on both Android and iOS platforms

- Include social network ads that allow people to enter and participate in the lottery

- After registration, users will receive a verification code to their phone, buy a ticket, and choose their preferred numbers via SMS

- Winners will be announced weekly on the app and on the Lotto social network page, along with their prizes

- Multiple payment options such as Visa, Mastercard, and M-PESA, making it easy for users to buy tickets from anywhere
