iOS Flutter and Firebase App Updates

Hi there, my name is Rob and we have a client who needs to update their flutter app in iOS. However I do not have any Flutter iOS/Firebase experts on staff. Would you be interested in learning more about the updates they need? If so, please read the below description of the updates they need.
We have many projects, and I am looking to develop a long term partnership with a new developer who is very good at communicating and delivers projects on time :-).
This is a time-sensitive project and needs to be completed and resubmitted to TestFlight as soon as possible. (4 to 5 Days)

Issues/Updates:
1. Sleep-mode Issue
When a users starts a conversation (Start Convo - dashboard footer) or restarting a conversation (Conversations - from hamburger menu), and they are in the middle of a question and the phone goes into sleep mode.
The app does not maintain the users place in the questions after the phone wakes up from sleep-mode. (Note: the last question is saved to the database).
Current Workaround:
User does not exit the app, but has to go to the Conversations list and select the user again to pick-up where they left off.
Basically the App "state" isn't maintained after getting back active from sleep mode.
2. They would like to change and add one new question to the app. Question 10 will be split into two questions.
(20 total questions)
3. They would like to hide the question count from the app. (ex 1/19 would be removed)
4. When tapping the Home button in the footer, it seems to keep reloading the screen.
5. The first item would be to make the header and footer on the questions page sticky. this is happening currently for users with small screens. (See [login to view URL] of issue on questions)
