Kiosk App for iOS

I need a special iOS app creator to create me a Kiosk App.
This app should be able to:
1. Admin has the ability to choose which apps is approved for user to have access to
2. Prevent the user the ability to access any other apps, other then the apps the admin has chosen.
3. User should not be able to access anything out of the approved apps.
4. Control Panel is where admin is able to go to app list for approval, set password.
5. Kiosk App should load on bootup, to prevent user from accessing anything else on the device.
