I am looking for a Apple expert helping me with syncing and storing files, training me in using my Mac and iPhone most efficiently.
I use a MacBook Pro (250GB) and an IPhone 6. I have been running into storage problems even though I have already removed my photo library and am storing many files on an external drive. I use icloud and Google Drive as well. There are many things I don't understand about how the storage works and need to find a way to work more effectively as I keep running out of space.
Also, I need help having my devices (Macbook Pro and Iphone) back up and synch up and work seamlessly together.
Applications including iTunes, Evernote, OneNote is also an area I need help with. For example, with iTunes I need help creating a seamless environment across devices (for both music and audio files) and also knowing how things work, such as iTunes match and accessing the iTunes library and buying versus downloading.
Finally, I would like to describe what kinds of functionality I need and receive suggestions on what applications would best help with this. For example, now I have some things on Word or Excel, some on Onenote, and some on Google Docs. I would like suggestions on a more seamless and cohesive way to work to keep everything organized.
1) Expert knowledge of Apple products and Mac and storage and back up options
2) Ability to remotely access my computer
3) Knowledge of different applications, such as Evernote, OneNote, iTunes, Google Docs, GoogleDrive, iCloud
4) Knowledge of integrating MacBook and iPhone - iTunes, Contacts, Photos, Document accessibility.
I would like to start with four -2 hour sessions.
