Web and App prototype

Please read this first.. i find alot of people do not read through and ask questions already laid out. Im after a web and app prototype. needs to have 3 section logins (users/customers and admin), has to have email , has to have a booking system which can be [login to view URL] off as per user 2. that split needs to be able to be intergrated or exported into excel. it will need shopify. it will need to be able to record all of its data... probably not necessary for the prototype.. or could be worked on last. probably needs alot more adjustments, id be happy for you to provide me a job sheet that suits your own questions since your the expert. Youll need broad skills as im not technical, im hiring you to be the expert at this. I do know the app needs to be compatible for all phones. This is a medium size project to start with, offering $250 for the prototypes. but will eventually turn into a full blown job where id expect to spend about 1000-2000 or i can offer shares in the company once you know more. Ill be accepting applicatnts who can provide me with a job sheet to fill out....
