Wrap a C++ Code in Objective C framework

I have a small working C++ Code on Xcode that uses OpenCV cpp and NumCpp for image processing. I would like to use this code in a Swift Application.

The idea is to create an objective C framework wrapping the C++ code.

You can modify the code to adapt it to Objective C.
