Java Applet for Custom t-shirts and promotional items

Looking for a java applet (or can be created in Flash) that will allow a Customer of the site to customize a product using text (8 fonts), images (clipart provided) or their logo (to be uploaded and placed on product). It will be similar to the applet on [url removed, login to view];F=t

Please provide pricing, timeline and explanation for this applet to be developed. You can also quote total design for front-end and shopping cart, but MUST show example (similar) work completed. If you have already developed an applet such as this one please inform me so we can review and proceed.
