J2ME search engine

need someone who can write a program for a search engine that can search inside on the phone and search the internet for rss feeds for the phone search should come with 3 options. normal search, timestamps search and location search (through GPs) although the locations search is not that important for the web search. should be able to just retrive result through rss feeds. and maybe do a normal search engine along with it if you have any better way of designing the search engine or features. u can let me know. its an academic project
