JSP Programmer Needed

Hi,
I have undertaken a project to convert a DOS based Accounting system to a windows based system. The existing system
is coded in Foxpro and I need to convert it to a JSP based solution that can be deployed in an intranet based
fashion at the client's place. I will be doing the system design and also will be giving complete guidance on the
coding. I need a JSP programmer who is familiar with the MVC architecture. He/She will have to just do the coding
as per the guidlelines given by me. It is very important that this person should be based in Mumbai, India since I
will need frequent interaction with this person.
