Urgent - Continue existing project - CMS/podcasts React Native mobile and web app - Java backend

Hello, I have an existing project with the following functionalities : - An admin is able to post content (audio and images) and manage payments et subscriptions, discount codes... - a user is able to connect to the web to subscribe (stripe), or on mobile (in store payment) - a user is able, on mobile, to access to free podcasts. he can access paid podcasts only if he has an active membership - there is also another role, who can connect to the web or mobile to update his public profile which will be accessible to admin (for validation) and to users (read only) Which has been already be done : - all admin part except profile validation and payments - started mobile login/logout/account features Which needs to be done : - all mobile (hybrid) - web access for users to subscribe - web access for other role to update profile before admin validation The backend has been developped using Java Mobile app is done with React Native All the mobile design has been done with Adobe XD I need a time and cost estimation.
