Hi -
I have an application on vehicle hiring system. It is working perfectly fine with Access as back end. Below is synopsis of project. I need help with changing the back end of it from Microsoft Access to SQL Server 2008
A vehicle hiring company can store info about its cars, drivers and customers in this system. It will provide a look up facility for the cars and vehicles available. Duty slips would be generated to assign drivers to cars/customers and after the usage bills also would be generated.
The project is in proper working condition. Front end is java and back end is Microsoft Access currently. I need to convert the back end from Access to SQL SERVER 2008 so it will involve changing the queries in the code to the syntax of SQL SERVER 2008.
Let me know what more is needed so you can exact estimate this work and provide fixed estimate. I do have code base and access database with me.
