Excel, CSV, txt to XML Converter

This is a very simple Project. I want it to be started immediately. i am ok with Java or .NET i am looking for a .NET based program which can CSV files to XML which inturn be converted to XML to import into Tally ERP 9.0 There are 3 types of csv files. I have attached 2 here. other one i will give once the 2 is complete. I need the below features [login to view URL] & Item name List will be on an file/Mysql DB 1. Screen should be divided to 3 columns each column for one CSV. 2. A list box showing list of CSV files on the folder. 3. On selecting the CSV file and pressing import button, Screen should read the csv file and show the data in a tabular column along with the corresponding Item Name 3. checkbox to select which rows needs to be exported, checkbox to select all rows too. 4. option to delete rows 5. Export button which will export to XML ( i will tell you which fields need to be exported) 6. Save the file to disk. Since this is a simple project, lowest bidder [login to view URL] quote your best price. i am sue this work can be completed in 4 Hrs if you are an expert in .NET. I can get you the Tally import XML format in a day or so, mean time i would appreciate if you do a research on the web and find out the format. i can award immediately. This is just a start we are looking for automating lot of items, if the work is good, lots of work will be awarded. Quality is very important.
