We need a plugin for ImageJ which exports the coordinates of a polygon that the user selected in a specific JSON format. The formatted JSON string should appear in a textbox somewhere, so that the user can copy and paste it into another file. A more specific description is found in the attached file. Note: There are many other possible solutions to this problem, it does not necessarily need to be an ImageJ-based solution, but it seems using ImageJ is the easiest path to success.
