Mixed Authentification server

Hello everyone, Im searching for some skilled Java Spring Security technician. I require to write server ideally in scala. It has to have two verification methods (form + external OAuth providers (Facebook, google)) and auth provided by token based authentification, included Refresh token proces. The project must contains two separate servers Auth server and Resource server. The aim of Auth is to provide verification based on emial+password or external provider and than register user and create token for user with claims (for this case only Name, Surname, Email). Auth server will also used the client entity to check who is asking for token and to expose token only for specific host. All data used by Auth server (users, clients) must be stored under MongoDB 3.x Resource server provide secured access to resource, based on exposed token. The token contains all necessary data about user for resource server. Basically the project must provide same functions as following ASP.NET project [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The way how to decouple Auth and Resource servers are in your hands. But it must be decoupled.
