I need a java dev to assist my efforts in making a GUI enabled report card generator and to manipulate pdf files

I need a java dev that has experience with GUI, gradle, Google sheets API and Adobe Reader/Acrobat manipulation. I currently have the first few steps complete for this project. The full project is a report card generator that grabs data from a Provided Google sheets page online, this data needs to be sorted to determine whether or not the student passes, then intelligently generates a report card to reflect the students skills (swimming based). After this the paragraph generated is to be outputted to a premade PDF template with certain components in that template being filled (assuming java code would be used to automate this). I have a portion of the work done and will do more myself, all I need done is some fixing to my current code (sheets downloader) and a way to sort / export the data to the pdf template. Ontop of this, a user friendly UI needs to be made for the user to input his/her name, sheets url and all other needed user data. If possible it would be great for the code to also send the final Acrobat files to an email provided by the user (or on the Google sheet). I am not getting paid for this, I told my boss that this project would be no problem, it turns out that the stuff I want is above my level in understanding java. This means I'm willing to take as much as I can get and work with the dev as my funding for completion is minimal. The two linked jpgs are examples of what I expect the GUI to look like.
