Program that Backups Windows Logs and checks inactive accounts

I need a small program that has a simple GUI that performs the following functions: 1) Backup and clear windows logs. The logs that should be done are Security, Application, System, printer, usb, and applocker. The Program should have check-boxes for printer, USB and applocker; so that if they aren't checked, they aren't backed up and cleared. The logs will be put into a folder in MM-DD-YYYY format in a particular directory that is either in a config file, or in the program itself. The program can utilize a config file that would list any networked computers as well so that the program backups network computers (using admin shares). The program should also show a status so the user can see that the logs were backed up correctly, and if there were any errors. I would prefer if this functionality also had a way to be scheduled through windows task scheduler. So that i can be done at night without user interaction. Any errors should be clearly shown to the user. For example if a computer is turned off and the logs can't be copied, it should pop up a box saying which computer failed and what logs. If a log fails, it should skip to the next computer, not fail the whole program. 2) Program checks for accounts that haven't logged in for 60 days on a local machine. There should be a checkbox to disable the accounts automatically. The program can print results in-program, or in a file. 3) Program checks for active directory accounts (on a DC) that haven't logged in for 60 days. There should be a checkbox to disable the accounts automatically. The program can print results in-program, or in a file. 4)Program needs to be in .exe format
