Silicon Valley CA - Experienced Java Programmer: Bitwise Bit Manipulation

Hello, My name is Michael. I am based in San Jose, CA near Cupertino, and I am searching for an experienced Java Programmer for a short term project. I will need to meet with you initially to set up a Java programming platform on my computer. Then I will provide the details of the program and the algorithms to be programmed in Java. I will need to test these Java algorithms on my computer after completion of the programming. I need a Java Programmer to create a simple program. The Java program will be able to process any file type and convert the file to a binary file format. Then, apply various Bitwise algorithms to the binary file and output the results as a binary file.
