In this lab you will add a method to the BST class which will print a tree.
If we want to print trees so that they look like the trees we draw, we need a new traversal which scans the tree nodes level by level, starting with the root at level 1. The level tree traversal will have two parameters: a PrintWriter object, and the page width. This traversal, called breadth first traversal or level traversal, doesn't use recursion to visit all nodes in a subtree. Instead, it needs to visit all nodes on one level before descending to the next level. For example, given the tree:
