Social Networking Site - design implementation - Joomla

I need a programmer with good communication skills as well as familiarity with the Joomla platform. I am building a Joomla site that is about 85% complete with its desired functionality, and about 30% complete with it's design/look & usability. While I am usually able to perform most of the custom programming myself, the skill needed for this project lies just outside my capabilities. The site features numerous social networking/dating components. What I need is someone to edit the code for specific pages on the site to accomplish the look and function desired. Specifically, I need some of the current pages, which feature nested tables, to be re-positioned and styled according to my mockups, most likely doing away with the tables and using all CSS instead. There is also an AJAX chat function that is currently featured as a floating window (within the parent window). It works properly already, but I would like this to be configured so that it is "docked" in an existing info bar that currently features user-specific updates like new message notifications. The idea is to make it work more like a Google chat or Facebook chat that can be popped up and down from the dock by the user. I've attached one example of the code that would need edited (nested tables -->CSS divs). If interested, I can also provide links, additional code examples and/or mockups to help understand what is needed. The main objective here is to get this site ready to be released to the public, although there will likely be many, many more updates that will be added moving forward.
