323721 JQuery Exit Script

I need this script setup for our website [login to view URL] The user should be prompted with a custom designed alert box like here [login to view URL] (see Additional Examples With HTML Example). The window will offer the user a chance to sign up for our newsletter to get a free shipping coupon, and provide an option to say no thanks and continue leaving the website. I will need help integrating it into our current website. The script should use all jquery and be clean and packed when done for optimal loading and use pure xhtml/css for the alert formatting.
