207602 Script:Run Google&Track Result

I would like a script created that runs once a night and appends a text file. The script would run a Google Search requests, and track the search results "count". The script would than write info to a text file with the date ran, Google command, the number of search results found, and the language setting:
DATE COMMAND SEARCH RESULTS COUNT LANGUAGE
03/15/2008; filetype:doc; 34,700,000; Any
03/15/2008; filetype:doc; 4,890; Filipino
The script would run 30 different commands (filetype:xls, filetype:pdf, filetype:sw, etc.) for each of the 45 language options offered by Google - I'll send the filetype and language list to the winning bidder.
EXAMPLE
For example, this url is for filetype:doc and the language is Filipino – try it in your search browser:

See the total results found is 4,890. Pretty easy.
YOU DECIDE THE BEST METHOD
I guess the script can run each URL? You decide the best method. As long as it works and I don't get blocked by a host or website.
MAKE IT RUN ONCE A NIGHT
Also if you can create the cron job or what ever is need to make it run once a night, that would be great.
SCALABLE
Write up some instructions so I can add more filetype:XXX to the script overtime.
MY GOAL
My goal is to put the text results into a spreadsheet and compare search trends once a day.

If possible this script can be written in JavaScript .js file
