Small minor jscript / css mods to existing menu rollout code

I am wanting to implement this menu on my site: [url removed, login to view]

However I require a few modifications as per attached mockup.
To comprise:
• A third level of rollout, to the right of navigation items.
• The third rollout contains some more list items, AND some static content to the right
• The list items will highlight when moused over but the static content will not change due to highlights at the new third level
• The static content changes only when the 2nd level Nav is changed
• Some 2nd level Nav items will not have a 3rd rollout
• If the static content is taller than the list items then the list items will NOT change height or size, instead there will be some space beneath them.
Required Deliverable:
• A revised ZIP file (the original of which can be downloaded from above link) containing the modded code and a sample of a html page showing the 3rd level rollout on a couple of items
• I will then take delivery of this ZIP and add in the required texts and content
• I will also mod the CSS myself to appropriate widths etc, so ensure any style mods/additions are within the CSS file and not inline.

• I will immediately milestone your bid, and will release on completion

Please note that 85% of this work is already done in the code I have mentioned in the links.
I chose the drop-down option for budget, I'm sorry I should have chosen custom budget as I'm expecting bids of a Maximum of £50 here as I expect a skilled CSS / HTML / JScript guru to be able to deal with this in a couple of hours.
Please can you re-confirm that you have downloaded the existing code, and understand that there are only modifications that need to be made, not build from scratch.
