car site - template customization

I have purchased a website template that I need to have customized with new photos, text, etc...
you will need to alter the flash menu, change the links, possibly alter colors, and add my text into the site.
The new photos will also have to be sourced and changed although, I may be able to provide most of them (classic mini cooper).
I also want a page that will showcase cars that I have (gallery style that opens a bigger photo)and the existing template doesn't really have this.
I also need it to be easy for me to update as the cars change from week to week.
I also have 2 or 3 other small/simple websites I may want designed as well.
