57538 Redesign Web pages/Banner/Logo

We are looking to revamp the design of an existing website. BRIEF 1) Revamp existing flash banner on Index page (More funkier look and feel for Modern Web based business) 2) Existing Company Logo to be modified to 3D logo in Flash. Logo must have Glossy Look, with reflection and a background shadow. Also require a sparkling effect as if shining. 3) Redesign Index page, Maintain existing colour. Prefer a simple yet pleasing to the eye design. Funky looking tables with Bullet Points. 4) Redesign Generic Page Layout (Keeping similar theme to Index page) 5) Redesign Form Pages (Form, and Success Pages) 6) Design to include DHTML Menu Deliverables: HTML PAGES (Index, Generic, Form Pages) JPEG's, PSD, Flash SWF/FLA, WE will add the content to the website. YOU are only required to Create the Page designs and Layout (3 Pages - Index, Generic, Form Pages), Banner for Index Page and Logo Only.
