I need HTML/CSS done for my design and should also suggest me what can do more with few sections mostly at the footer section which I couldn't complete. This is for my own web blog ssovit[dot]com so my budget is max of $30 so bid accordingly. I would like to choose a service provider who can complete this in next 24 hrs.
