I need a website designer to design and develop a website for my chocolate business. I have a fair idea of the colours and concept required. However, certain aspects will have to be considered while making the changes so as to localise the design as per India's taste and preferences.

While I would certainly like to have a template designed in Joomla!, I am also open to the idea of having a plain HTML site designed since we are not planning to add any complicated stuff to the website.
We need about 7-8 pages, of which 3-4 pages will cover our products, one page will be the home page, one page will be the about us page, one page will be contact us page...
Will also appreciate a small flash as the header on the home page, however, it isn't necessary.
I am looking for a good designer who can offer a decent quote since my business is new and I have several expenses and less income.
However, I have several other business interests including internet marketing and I also need a great designer-developer for the same too. If the freelancer who does my chocolate website well then I'll be more than happy to award him/her with the rest of the projects which include design for my web content writing firm, internet marketing firm, handicrafts firm and corporate gifts firm.
I also need someone who can not just design but also upload and make the website live... It takes just a few minutes and I have my hands in too many plates to even do that... I may be asking for too much but this single project can open the doors to 4 more projects for the right person in the next 6 months to come.
