Web 2.0 Designer NEEDED!

Hello, I am Looking for a web designer to do a web 2.0 social engineering startup business .

You must be available via email or IM on a regular basis. MUST be able to give an accurate timeline and deliver.

Some Requirements

- Proficient in Photoshop, and Dreamweaver at minimum.

- Strong sense of design, web 2.0 style.

- Able to take projects from concept to completion

- Must speak&write English well.

- Must be able to follow instructions and take direction with minimal supervision

- Ability to write standards based XHTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, JavaScript code and markup

- Experience using DHTML and AJAX to enhance the user experience.

- Experience with designing consumer-oriented banners

and landing pages web and print design experience

- Ability to design and implement creative web solutions

that have a web 2.0 look and feel

- A strong understanding of modern web practices to create an efficient

user-experience

- Modern layouts using tableless design

- A good understanding of cross-browser issues and their workarounds

Mandatory:

- Strong website and Graphic design portfolio
