jQuery bug fix (old library), WordPress site

Hello
I have the site which runs on WordPress. I recently added a shopping cart plugin which, has caused 3 know issues:
1) Tabbed contents plugin no longer works properly
2) Countdown timer no longer shows
3) Social share button does not behave properly
The issue lies with another plugin/or theme not using jQuery properly (old version library) with WordPress standards.
I need someone to find out what plugin/theme is causing the issue and fix the 3 known bugs it is causing.
