521328 Website design and slice - 5 more designs needed

I need to have five new designs made for Online Traffic Violator Schools (TVS). I would like the designs created in either Photoshop or Fireworks. They need to be clean & crisp. Design mockups must be submitted for approval before final completion and slice. The site should be sliced and set up with clean, simple HTML (XHTML 1.0 transitional) and a set of css files (attached - [login to view URL]) and jQuery UI. The css files are a modification of the 960 grid system. The slice of the site should include no unnecessary images (minimize the size of any required images (gradients etc.) and maximize the use of css to minimize overall page weight and load time. All navigation buttons should be css styled unordered lists. Here are some sample of existing TVS sites.
