Build SMS Channel for RP

Tasks:

-Develop an editable channel in Rapidpro so that the end user can send SMS through C3ntro.

Specs:

-The user must only include their credentials of the C3ntro SMS platform in the first section of the C3ntro SMS Channel (which must be viewed and selected like any other channel).

-Once the credentials have been entered, the configuration data (outbound API, inbound webhook and reports webhook's) will be displayed as in the external API.

- The user must be able to edit at any time if the channel is for SMS Flash (box), masked (box and field for mask) and configurate the accepted length of the SMS (number field). Also is necessary to be able to edit the channel credentials (C3ntro SMS user and password).
