Convert Static HTML to Next.js with Bootstrap

I need a skilled developer to convert my 2 HTML pages into a dynamic [login to view URL] project. The 2 static pages are [login to view URL] and shop_detail.html. The static pages currently makes use of bootstrap css. There are some javascript and jquery files. These will not be needed as jQuery is not recommended in modern React/[login to view URL] projects. I just want the [login to view URL] root component styled like [login to view URL] and the productDetail page styled like shop_detail.html. Both pages are responsive based on the screen size. I need this maintaining.
