Developer needed to create simple Safari App Extension

We need you to create a simple Safari App Extension (not legacy extension!) that will add a button on the toolbar. After clicking this button, the extension needs to inject an iframe to the current page and pass the current page URL and title as query string. Iframe will be visible, so close button for that iframe must be added too.
And additional thing - our page that will be shown in iframe needs to be able close iframe (by javascript API - e.g. send a signal with postMessage)
