Full Stack Developer to build Large Stats Site with Maps

I would like you to build an attractive, highly interactive site for viewing location-based data.
This is a new version of an existing popular site, built from scratch.
I'm a part time Python programmer/data scientist with a long history of building reference sites.
There is already lots of data ready to import and a detailed spec.
I'm open on the tech stack. Happy to work with technologies that you are competent with. From my research, Flask, Twitter Bootstrap, OpenLayers and Postgres look like potential choices.
This is a super important role for the site, so much so I'm prepared to change my sleeping patterns to ensure we have lots of crossover. If you're up for it, I will fly to your city to meet you too - wherever you are in the world.
