I have an ExtJS page that its loading time is bad (a few seconds to load the page). I guess that main problem of the bad loading time is naive loading approach since when loading the page everything was loaded immediately and because the page contains many controls it takes some time to load the page. A more realistic approach is to use the ExtJs lazy instantiation so the controls will be loaded per tab (instead of everything during load of the page). In addition to that there is a great article [url removed, login to view] that describes all the mistakes that someone can do and unfortunately I did some mistakes for example I have many panels in my page instead of using lightweight container. I am going to pay for this project per hour rate and to give nice bonus for significantly improving the loading time of the page. If you want to see the real slowness I suggest that you will use Firefox since Google chrome is much faster so the improvement can be seen much better in a slower browser (although even in Chrome it is still slow).
One more problem is a memory leak in the page. To see the memory leak you will just need to press the cancel button after the page is loaded and then to press again on the button that activates it again. If you look at the task manager you will see that the memory is always jumping up. After 10-20 loads of the page no memory is left...
The page will be sent only to serious bidders.
The deliverables of the project is:
1. Fixed page
2. Word document that describes the changes made in order to (1) improve the loading time and (2) fixing the memory leak
