JS/jQuery helper/library for HTML table generation

I need a freelancer, who can implement a js based "library" for generating html tables. The idea is that an application provides a div id, where the table should be appended to along with the data to be shown. Apart from these several additional settings will also be provided, such as: - Which columns to show - Which columns are sortable - Number of rows shown per page - Which columns can be filtered - Which function should be called on an "onclick" event and on "doubleclick" event - Which actions should be appended to each row along with the icon and function to be triggered - What is the name of the table - Name for the "Add item" button and action to be called Based on the parameters above one can guess that the table should have the following functionality among others: - Columns filtering based on the values in the columns - Pagination - Show/Hide Columns - Columns reordering - Export table as excel or PDF - Search text box to search across the table - Saving the state of the table (order of the columns, filter, search text) There might be some additional functions, but the ones described above are the main ones A freelancer must sign an NDA as everything is confidential. Apart from that there is a sample design for the table that can be used / altered for creation of the library. Might do things easier. The color scheme will be provided as well, however there should be a css file, which can be adjusted based on the needs.
