Looking for part time Angular QA with expert skill in E2e protractor-cucumber-framework who can write test cases for angularjs web application.

Hello, I am looking for part time Angular QA/Developer with angularjs, who can write the automation test case using the e2e protractor and cucumber for angujar js code and who can work daily for 3-4 hours. For now the main work is to write the test cases/code to test angular web application using E2e protractor-cucumber-framework, so expert Knowledge of E2e using protractor-cucumber-framework required. must have worked in this above test framework in at least 1 large scale projects. After some couple of weeks the migration from Angularjs to angular 7 will also going to start, so required some one who can handy with both and confident to work. We have US projects so the time of work is fixed in between 6 am to 10 am IST & wia team viewer or zoom screen sharing only. Preferring from Indian location only, I have long term projects so don't bid hourly basic, this is fixed monthly payed projects. The mention budget is for 30 days,So only 30 days bid would be accepted. Who are seriously interested & agreed above timings and mode of work that can only bid.
