We are a small, US based automation business in need of an Electron JS based GUI for our desktop app. We would like someone who is experienced in Bootstrap 4+, TypeScript, Javascript, Electron, and Angular 7 to build us a GUI by modifying an existing dashboard template (linked below) and creating hot-swappable themes using the Nebular theme framework that is built into the template.
