Move Features Between Javascripts

Hello,
Need someone good in javascripts.
1) I have a certain javascript that can emulate another javascript in terms of the yellowish "Close" Button and blue horizontal bar at the bottom of the script, and the minus and the cross button at top right-hand corner of the script. They are both enclosed as attachment to this file. (View them in IE browser)

In addition, move the words "GRAB YOUR FREE EBOOK Now" more towards the left, to be along the bottom boundary of the ebook image, a jpeg file, so the sentence now forms a straight line just before the Download button. I don't know how you're going to do that, as it will overlap with the ebook jpeg image (but cannot be below it).
4)
Last, centralise the first sentence "DOWNLOAD YOUR FREE EBOOK from Mockupdomainame". The DEMO here shows it is centralised, but the actual copy I am keeping is not.
